Missed you at Grandfather Mountain....you didn't miss anything with all the rain though:)See ya soon!
Saw you guy at the Annapolis Irish Festival. Great Show! Can't wait to see you guys again.
I saw you all every time MD ren Fair, I hope to see more of your awesome performances!!
Saw you guys (and lady!) for the first time this past Saturday; really fantastic show! Your music is great and the energy is just outstanding! We picked up one of your CDs; hopefully our club will be able to incorporate it into our next ceilidh. Hope you had as much fun in Annapolis as the lot of us did at your show!
You guys are absolutely amazing and i hope i get to see use live at some point!
Dear Linda - Perhaps you caught Jamesie on his worst day ever! He is normally exceptionally affable and patient with fans. He bears a lot of responsibility with regard to the band - dealing with wonky sound systems, making sure his bandmates and equipment are safe in dangerous weather (the last two shows alone have included blistering heat and sheets of rain) - and he also gets rather a lot of attention from fans, sometimes while trying to deal with many issues at once. It's also possible the Glaswegian sense of humor is just slightly peculiar (i.e. when he says the show will be "a punch in the face" - no faces are punched). Given that five musical prodigies have to load their own giant drums in and out, I'm always frankly amazed when a band member has a moment for one of my silly questions, which have always been fielded with grace. Honestly, I believe it must have been an extra-bad day, a cultural misreading, or both. Slip him a beer (or a Barr's Irn-Bru) - these lot work hard and in ordinary circumstances are superbly accessible to fans, especially given an actual attack by one about two years ago.
Hi All, A pleasure doing sound for ya'all at Ithaca, You displayed great patience with me as we worked through the usual challenges with a first year festival. Unless you've done it, playing on the road is exhausting and wears on your patience. You all showed great grace and good humour with the people. I've been on the road with a couple of my bands and even though seeing different places and playing is fun, you have alot of time between travels and hotels get old. You all kept a smile on and genuine, cheery personalities. That makes you all special folks. I'll mail you the recordings of the show along with a few snippets of the other bands. You can play them for the grandkids someday or in the van on your travels. Thanks again. Cheers, Ken The Soundguy.
Rhythm that reaches deep into your soul and exits through your feet, leaving you the desire to tap your toes or all out dance along with their amazing energy! They are also friendly and warm individuals.
Unbelievable energy. Great to see people who enjoy their art.
I haven't smiled that much in ages, really =) thank you!Albannach rocks the cat box!
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE your music -- remain outlawed!
I just saw you at the Celtic Fling in Manheim, PA while I was visiting my sister. I had several of your previous cds and just got your new one "Runs in the Blood" at your booth. I love it and I am going to order another copy to keep in my truck.
If Albannach's music doesn't heat your blood you've been dead for 100 years or more! X marks the Scot!! Our prayers are with you. Love is the most powerful force in the universe.
Thank you sooo much for sharing my photo on your facebook page! I thoroughly enjoyed the concert at the Scottish Games in Maryland - and loved taking the photos! You have a fan for life!
Great band. Really brought me back to my scottish roots; however, approach Jamie with caution. He is short fused possibly too much time on the road or a distaste for the american audience. Conversely, the bag piper is light hearted and seems to be an everyday down to earth guy with a great deal of entertaining character.
This band kiss ASS! I love all the players and their instruments, great sound even better energy. Saw them at Disney Downtown and they ROCKED the square! Keep on pounding out the great licks!! 🙂
Love love love your music. We saw you perform at WNC Asheville, NC this past weekend! Had a great time!! You guys and gal rock!!!
Have seen you perform every year at the NH Highland Games at Loon Mt and you are always the highlight of the weekend. No other band has even come close to rocking the concert tent like Alabnnach does! See you in 3 months at the best games in the US!!

Awesome! I am so excited that you are coming to perform at the Ithaca Scottish Games in Ithaca, NY! Thank you!
Two days of working at the NJ Ren Faire in the tent two down from the state. Sometimes made it hard to hear customers, and nobody cared! We were too busy jumping around the shop!
My friends and I really enjoyed your show today at the New Jersey Renaissance Faire. Can't wait to see you again!!
I'm glad you like the States enough to keep coming back. I like it even better than you play venues close enough I can see you live! 🙂
Saw your band at the Greenville SC Scottish Festival on May 25, 2013. Best band there. Love your music. Hope to see you back next year.
