I saw you guys at the Jubilee College Olde English Faire. Totally awesome music. I hope you guys come back every year! Fantastic performance!
WOW. I was just astounded, absolutely blown away. I heard the drums while we were in line for food, and I made all my friends get out of line to see what it was all about. You've got a new dedicated fan here!! The music went right through me and was making my hands tremble, it was so perfect. Thanks for coming to the Jubilee Faire and I hope we get a chance to see you perform live again!!
Thank you for coming to the Old English Faire in Illinois!!! My mother saw you perform on the 21st and had me come back with her on the 22nd to hear you play. I hope you'll come back next year!! Thank you for the education, entertainment, and autographs and pictures.
Fantastic. Stimulating. Sensual. Honorable. Those are just a few adjectives I would use to describe this very talented band. Albannach, you guys helped me, and many others, become more in-tune with our heritage, that is Scotland herself. You truly ROCKED at the Peoria Jubilee Olde English Faire this past weekend, and I would personally love to see you perform again! You have truly gained a new fan.
I attended the Olde English Faire for the first time this year. The first performance that I saw was yours. It was amazing! I have never been to a performance where I have been completely swept up in the music before. This was the best live show that I have ever seen. Even when Jacqueline forgot the words to a song, she never missed a beat and just made a joke about it. I was really impressed.I really hope that you guys come back. I would love to see you perform again.~Abebi Shelton
I've never heard of the band until today at the Old English Faire. It was mesmerizing and refreshing to the soul to hear the passion in the music as they played away.
For those who want to get in touch with their ancestral heritage, this band fills the heart and makes the blood boil. The absolute best, most exciting, incredible sound I have heard in many years!!!
Incredible. Amazing. Thrilling. Heart pounding energy. When the drums kicked in on the first piece it took my breath away. Tears welled up. Were my eyes and ears deceiving me?In 15 years of attending Jubilee Olde English Faire, I have never heard a crowd spontaneously roar at the end of a song or performance. You are lucky to get a Peorian to clap enthusiastically. Albannach set the Faire on fire. Thank you for giving this event a heartbeat again.
ROCKED the Ren fest in Eminence Ky. Heading to Raleigh in the fall to see you there.Got the 2 studio CD, but not the Live one. No longer available, Will it be re-released?? 😎
I had the honor of seeing you at the Highland Renaissance Festival (6/15). I can't begin to say how I was touched and moved by your talent, showmanship, and Scottish pride. I visited Scotland in 2006 and haven't been the same since, you took me back to where I long to be. I hope that you will tour here again - you have gained a lifelong fan. I teach British literature and plan on introducing your music to my students. Robert Burns might not move them but I'm sure that you will! You're AMAZING! And I love men in kilts!
I have a Scottish heritage and I find the music appeals to my basic instinct - must be in the blood. Saw you on Utube while looking for Maura O'Connell.

My husband and I went to the Greenville Games and Albannach was all we talked about. We were so happy to be able to see you in Walhalla. My husband got off from work especially to go and it was well worth it!
You guys and Jacquie were true to form. The music was great and a real crowd pleaser. I'm glad there were some first timers at the Ceilidh and you made the experience memorable. Your band continues to help make the Greenville Games a huge success after only our 3rd year. Be safe on your tour. See you at GMHG.Kay ReidGGSG&HF Board Member
I haven't ever seen you guys live, but June 2008 will be the first time! I love that Albannach shares their passion for their culture through music. My prayers go to Albannach and their families. Keep sharing your music with the world.
