So glad I went to Renfest yesterday. You guys kicked ass. Sorry about the Maryland weather. I know you were hotter than the audience, but that didn't keep you from bringing Scotland to us in full force. See you in October!!
After hearing so many rave reviews about you from the Ladies of Lallybroch, I'm so glad I got the chance to finally see you at the Md. Ren. Festival yesterday. What an amazing show, and judging from the roar of the crowds, I think you were the favorite act by far!!!! I don't know how you kept from melting away in that humidity! I hope I get the chance to see you again in October. Thanks for such an amazing performance!
my 26 year old daughter had me come last year to hear you and I could not wiat until your return this year---saw every show this past weekend and you are better than ever---you make the air -wind and trees sing--can't wait till you return in October to hear it all over againYOU ARE THE BESTChristine:happy:
I like to describe the music you create to my friends as "... imagine being at the bottom of the grassy hill and starting to hear the distant thunder of the drums and the whailing of the pipes. It builds and suddenly you are overwhelmed by the sights and sounds of drums and pipes and roars of men as they charge over the top of the hill, naked, magnificent, terrifying, blades swinging above their heads! LOL..ok so the naked part... well, it is very primal music! Again, thank you for sharing your gifts and talents with us mere mortals. Loved your shows at the Maryland Ren Festival! Will come hear you all play and sing again and again and again! St. Michael protect you all on your many journeys!
You had this old lady feeling the music at the MD Renaissance Festival yesterday. I came for the bagpipes but had no idea that the combination of bagpipes and drums could be so spell binding - I was mesmerized and caught myself dancing! You all play with such passion that you can't help but impact anyone within hearing distance! A fan am I now -- and always!
Saw you yesterday at the Md. Ren. Festival. Amazing!! You have many new fans. Thanks for an awesome experience.
