Absolutely loved seeing all of you at the Ohio Ren Festival. I have begged hubby for several years to take me to see Albannach! We both loved your performance! Hope to see you again and again and again!
I first saw you guys at the PA Renfaire in 2008: you knocked my socks off and I haven't been the same since! I just saw you again yesterday and one day I'd love to see you on your home turf of Scotland! But in the meantime, please keep coming to PA!! You guys and girl are amazing.
I first heard and met Albannach at the Pleasanton Scottish Games in California on Labor Day weekend, 2011. I was very impressed and blown away with their powerful warring sound and energy and fire. They are a great band. Definitely one of my all time favorite musicians ever. As a musician, they have had a tremendous impact on me musically. I will be a fan for life and will bring some of this Scottish passion, fire and sound into my own jazz guitar playing.Alba gu bra!
I first saw Albannach two years ago during their first visit to the Ohio Ren Faire, and I was seriously impressed. You guys continue to entertain, I've never seen a more exciting live show! My friends and I weren't the only ones who tried to get the best seats in the house for every show this year, and I'm really glad to see such a turnout- it seems like the entire festival gathers to watch you play. I have all your CDs and I listen to them regularly, they sound awesome! Great job on the new one, I can't wait to hear what you'll come up with next. I heard Jamesie had recovered, but I was glad to see for myself that he's back on stage and up to his old tricks! I hope you'll make a habit of coming back to Ohio, we'd love to see you again!
I seen you perform for the first time in Gatlinburg, Tn, and we were blown away! Considering making the 8 hour trip to see you in Jacksonville this January, but we'd absolutely love to see you at the Hammond, La Ren. Fest!!!
I first saw you guys play at the Ohio Renaissance Festival last year, and I fell in love! At the time I had no idea what your name was or your story, but the music made my Scottish roots jump hahaha. Saw your show at the Ren Fest in Harveysburg, OH yesterday. What a happy surprise! Loved your show and can't wait to catch another one. BTW - I've been to Pitlochry and my cat is named Paisley for Paisley, Scotland! Please keep touring and providing your fantastic show to more and more people! Well done!
