Was talking to Jamesie @ richmond on Sunday. If enough people are willing tattoo may happen. So if you want a commemorative tattoo for this trip give a shout out.

I've also been thinking about getting my first.  Just don't know how brave I need to be.  Is crying in pain allowed?

If I can do it, anybody can. I'm a ninny when it comes to pain, but I never had a problem getting a tat. I'm up to four and hoping to get the fifth in Scotland.

Caryl, it isn't that bad.  I have had nerve conduction tests that hurt worse.  but then I've had ink that hurts and ink that doesn't.  This will be my #7.  (so what does that tell you?)  The good news is when it is done, it is done!! and what a way to celebrate!! Just bring your own A&D ointment.

Ana and I will hold your hand!!    LOL LOL

The tattoo is a go! Jamesie posted on facebook. He talked to his guy & its set. The artist is the one the band uses in Glasgow. I'm sure we'll get more details.

Ok guys....am up for taking a party to Glasgow and having some ink done....in order to make it as easy as poss a " set " tour tattoo is the best way to go....all the folks from the tour a couple of yrs back got a one off custom piece...so i think that's the way to go again, it keeps it simple for Kev and makes the day flow alot better.....

Sound good?

I'd be interested.  Thinking it might be better to have done towards the latter part? as dealing with a fresh one the whole week might be distracting...?

How much should we set aside for it? And what kind of design??  And the "where"  & hopefully  "size" (might want it smaller than last tour groups) should be left up to the individual... :)

And Caryl, if Ana and I each hold a hand you'll be fine.  (or you can borrow my trick n listen to my ipod really loud throughout ;)

Yeah, i'll have Kev design something and then i'll post it. It wont be that big....am reckoning 4inch by 4inch MAX!

It will be on the last day of the tour, Saturday am thinking.....so it will involve Aya & Myself taking the inkers from Edinburgh to Glasgow...we shall take the train....so no need to worry about dealing with fresh ink during the trip.

Sound ok?

Well Georgia, Ana and Legs, you could all comfort me. Any cool guys on the tour are welcome to do so too!  Maybe a few pints would help as well.  Let's see what the design looks like.
