PBR???   YUMMMMMM!!!  Great taste, great bargain...and what other beer can give you an exciting game from the caps to boot?  Ever since February, whenever we choose to drink another beer (which isn't very often), we find ourselves looking at the cap to see if we got one of the "caps we needed" and are sooooo disappointed to find nothing! 

I think we've collected at least 4 full sets now.  We've been working hard.   :D

Oh crap, how did I miss this conversation about Jamesie in chaps?  Getting MAJOR visuals here and they'll stick with me until WNC.  Of course, if he wore chaps with the same thing Scots wear underneath their kilts, I'd have a stroke!  Sue, if you want to make the loincloth/kilt, you'll have to send it to Cheryl to toss.  I won't even be tossing any crackers since my new guy will be with me.

If I were kitkat, I would not toss anything to anyone but her guy. 
HA, I don't even want things being tossed if I am in the crowd. Yep, I am a chicken. My husband would be the first one to point at me and say, she is the one that did it. LOL Then I would not be able to drink anything for days as he would have me laughing so hard that whatever I drank would come up my nose. OMG.
Ha, I showed my hubby the idea. He said as long as he doesn't have to model it, sew away. Aww, what a poor sport. I thought sure I could post it on FB. ROTFLMAO

First of all, great, great article! :D Thanks for sharing it, Sir Jamesie. Oh, and fond (but fuzzy) memories of drinking some good ole PBR!! :drunk. My Dad and alot of his Navy buddies could sure drink alot of it. Several years ago, I bought my Dad a six-pack just for fun, it took him awhile, but he finished all of it. Maybe I'll pick some up this weekend and give it a taste test! May have to bring some to the Glasgow games LOL.

I wouldn't call it chickening out, I'm more apt to call it respect for my guy.  I had no intention of being attached at WNC, planning to set my sights on a big Scot with long hair and an accent.  Instead, I had a big Southern boy with long hair and an accent turn my sights elsewhere.  It's all good though, my 17 year old daughter will be with me and I can toss crackers vicariously through her.
You're going to be there too Candy?  Can't wait to meet you!

I do enjoy listening to this music genre.  I have listened to many players.    Schelmish (for the clans) has a large production, but has refrained from going corvus corax crazy.  My playlists include native american drumming (turtle song is one my favorite mic mac songs), street drummers, some of the other scottia drum and pipe bands, german tootbags and drum bands, my pearl bongos with the kool aid stain.  I enjoy the sound.  Strong percussion is seldom used in music, but the 1812 overture still requires cannon fire.  Precision percussion is at its best behind a large gun.

Now I know why my ears were burning  :evilgrin and how did I miss this thread?!  LOL Suppose it's been a busy summer and I've just been doing drive bys, but oh how I miss all of your sense of humors :)  Turns out I'll be able to make it to WNC but I just don't see myself as the throwin' kind...walkin' up and handin' kind maybe  :halo but Scarlet's idea would be much funnier  LOL which is what I'm in the mood for: some fun!  And that's a for sure on the introductions :)  as I'm sooo looking forward to seeing all of you and I'm picking up Carol in Raleigh the night before for TNN so it promises to be a great weekend.  You'll be in all of hearts, Sue.

Wonderful. Cheryl you and Candy- Lass can walk up and hand Jamesie his gift. We are all giving him a very nice "Summer Kilt" made of Nach Plaid. This way he can be cool when it is HOT.
