Hi Everyone!

I know I've been quiet for awhile... work, work, work... teaching online class... work, work, work...

Figured I'd finally pop in for some shameless self-promotion. My book, INTO THE SCOTTISH MIST (by Beth Anne Miller), will be published by the Wild Rose Press (www.thewildrosepress.com) on February 4, 2011. It will be an e-book as well as a print-on demand (in which you order through their website and they send you a hard copy).

Here's a little bit about it:

Sometimes, in order to have a future, one must journey to the past.

Abby Sanders returns to her beloved Scotland after a long absence, seeking peace after a terrible tragedy. A chance detour reunites her with Ian Mackenzie, the love she left behind four years ago. Their attempt to rekindle their romance along the shore of Loch Ness is cut short when Abby vanishes.

After a desperate search for the woman he’s spent four years trying to forget, Ian is forced to believe the unbelievable: he must travel through the mists of time to find Abby. But finding her is just the beginning. Trapped four hundred years in the past, Abby and Ian must find a way to end a bitter clan feud or sacrifice their return to the present and their future together.

Anyway, I figured I'd start doing some promotion, so here I am! I'll keep you guys posted with any new info, and maybe an excerpt here and there if anyone is interested!

It's been forever and a day at least since I posted on here, but I wanted to do a little shameless self-promotion and let everyone know what's new with my book, INTO THE SCOTTISH MIST.

For those of you attending Midwinter on Feb 18-20, I'll have a table there, and will be selling copies of the book for $15!

The official release date is February 4th, and that's when the book is available as an e-book and a print book through The Wild Rose Press:

Well Bethy, I don't think this thread is shameless promotion at all rather more like outstanding merchandising. What better target group than a forum full of women who love hot Scotsmen?

Alas, I know not the cover model.

But he is pretty damn hot, isn't he?

Actually, it would be just fine if you wanted the ebook version. I know it's available for Kindle from Amazon.com, and I'm not sure about Nook (B&N online has the print version available, but last I looked, I don't think they had for Nook), but on Wild Rose Press's website, there are various electronic versions that may be compatible.

However you want to buy it is fine with me!

Finished it in the wee hours (4 am-ish) yesterday!

I think I got a chapter read on the way home sunday....then picked it up late monday and didn't put it down til I'd finished.

As I told Beth, it's a very cute book, I enjoyed it very much.

I really enjoyed the plot and the characters. It was a lovely, fun read. Can't wait for the next one!
