anyone else feel confuzzled by the reverse order in which they're standing? does not compute...
Great pics. They all seem to be having such a good time. Could be one of the reasons we all have such a good time. But where were the dancers?
the dancers were there rocking it out . . . we were just on the side of the stage . . . where we were better able to flirt with Davey and Jacquie . . . both of which are spitfires!!!!
It seemed they all enjoyed Florida a lot more this time around!!Let's hope, well enough to grace us with their prescence again in the near future!!!
Yes, they all ad great big smiles and were obviously enjoying themselves.Happy band = happy fans and lots of dancing Another year to wait
HAPPYDANCE HAPPYDANCE hmmm . . . don't they perform in CO and NH?
I dunno about CO but they definitely play in NH!!!!!!! Not nearly enough misfits up there, though.... *hint* *hint* *hint*
Anna & Leigh, you know , we should really bug the hell out of the promoters for the Ft. Lauderdale Scottish Festival to have Albannach play next year. The festival was only one day this year, but it was the weekend just before they played in Winter Springs.....and if they have plans to come back this way next year, maybe they could add that gig to the schedule.I'm certainly gonna praise the promoters of the Central Florida Highland Games & the Ft. Myers Celtic Festival for their smart move to add Albannach to the line-up..with a suggestion for their return next year. Also, heard about a Medieval festival in Ft. Myers in Jan/Feb and Ren-fest in Tampa.....maybe we can keep them in Florida for all of Jan & Feb 2010!!!!!!
Oh, is this an invitation????
That's the thing......you have to EXPERIENCE Alabannach live!Recordings just don't do them justice, you have to feel the sound of the drums reverberating inside you!and you can only do that in person!
more beer would probably do the trick and some serious wheather joujou so we can have an encore performance of the nice temps
Can we start a petition for that as well??
